Interested in picking up your items instead of having them shipped? Cash and/or money order is the only method of payment we can accept if you want to pick up your order instead of having it shipped. Any purchases made on our website must be shipped!!! If you want to use your credit card, you have to make your purchase through our website. If you plan to pick up your items, please call before coming to make sure I am available and also to make sure your supplies are in stock. Normally I am only available for pick up orders on evenings and Saturdays.

We will begin shipping roots in late September, 2010. We ship roots on Mondays or Tuesdays only. I always notify the customer via email or phone prior to shipping to make sure you'll be home when the roots arrive!!!

These roots are 1 or 2 years old, and woodsgrown. We do not cultivate the ground or use fertilizer. The roots will be small. The roots will look very 'wild'. Wild roots are the most valuable kind of ginseng.
